תוכנית נטע היא תוכנית לבניית נבחרת החלומות של נוער ההיי-טק הישראלי, על ידי הקמת מערך הכשרה למקצועות מחשב ותקשורת באיזורי הפריפריה, תוך התמקדות בהקניית ערכי מצוינות, עבודת צוות והדגשת ערכי תרומה לקהילה.

תוכנית נטע מתקיימת ברמלה זו השנה הרביעית ומשתתפים בה כ -"140" בני נוער בין הגילאים 15-18. השנה, השיגו 7 תלמידים מרמלה את תעודת טכנאות המחשבים הבינלאומית, ו-12 נוספים עברו בהצלחה את החלקת הראשון של מבחן ההסמכה לתעודת טכנאי המחשבים. כמו בכל שנה, חניכי נטע משתלבים בתרומה לקהילה בעיר. בין מקומות ההתנדבות ניתן למנות את הסיפרייה העירונית, מרכז גולני, המתנ"ס הערבי, מרכז תפוח ומספר בתי ספר.

An initiative whose goal is to train youth in the periphery of Israel for high tech professions at the highest level, while pursuing social goals and developing local leadership, education for excellence and contribution for the community.

Neta initiative in Ramla is running since 2003. "140" youngsters are participating in Neta today, and 7 of them have already passed the A+ certification. Other 12 students have just passed the Intro exam.

As always. Neta's student are volunteering in several community centers - Library, Schools, Tapuah center, Golany center and in the local youth cultural centers in ramla.
